These group classes are designed specifically to help busy mums get fit in a time in their lives when they need it most, and all under careful supervision from master trainer Holly Fudge, who is also a mum. Join us on the sand for sunrise and some functional and innovative group training in an encouraging environment.

Services
Class types are rotated around the roster every 3 months to ensure everyone gets a good go at all of them. While locations and times always remain the same as below, you will need to log onto the team app to see the class type for this season. Everyone receives a welcome pack that includes a team training singlet and a 4 week nutrition plan.

Most fun environment to get a damn good work out. Quick but efficient! Holly is so good with all of the babies as well to make sure you get the work out you need. I’ve literally seen her with a baby in each arm while rocking a pram with one foot at the same time as giving instructions for the next work out. She’s amazing.
