Very disappointing.. The room was full of flies! There were dirty marks all over the walls, mirrors and light switches which is unsettling during the pandemic. The a/c barely works and the ceiling fan only works on one setting. I understand you get what you pay for but there are far better options for just $20 extra per night. Especially considering the place is quite a distance from Cairns city.. or anywhere really. Would never stay again

This hotel is the worth place we have stayed, and we are traveling since 2 years.
We booked a room for 6 people. The room was equipped for 4 peoples only (4 plates, 4 glasses, 4 towels...) anyway, thats not important !
Temperature outside is 40°C, so we turn the air conditioning on ! Surprise, its leaking ! we've called the office and we've been told that someone will come next day at 10am.
another surprise when we try to get a shower, its leaking as well ! the apartment is full of water from the bathroom to the living room, by the laundry.
So next day no one came, we've wasted the morning

Worst experience ever !
0 customer service. We are here since 2 nights, and we have problems with the air con and the bathroom. It’s leaking since the beginning of our stay. We have water in the living room, in the laundry and in the principal bedroom connect by the bathroom. It’s perfect ! We call the office on the evening and the woman said « it’s very cheap you shouldn’t complain » ahahaha it’s the best joke ever. 300$ to have an apartment full of water. Moreover, this accomodation is for 6ppls, everything is for 4 (4towels, 4knifes, 4forks, 4glass, 4chairs...) obviously we can’t

I DON'T RECOMMEND IT AT ALL!
The air conditioner was broken and there was water all over the floor. The bathtub was cracked and water was running all over the floor. We found a cockroach in one of the kitchen cupboards. The staff was not at all sympathetic to us. Customer service is very bad.

If anyone is requiring an invalid friendly accommodation this is not the place to go. Yes the toilet/ bathroom has a very low rail next to the toilet seat and there are 2 rails in bath - shower facility it is impossible to get an invalid into the bath to access shower. Apart from that you cannot fit an adult sized wheelchair through the doorways. The wash basin and laundry are also inaccessible doorway to narrow. I used a coffee cup the first day of our 2 week stay, pouring water over my husband for him to wash. Thanks to a staff member (not management ) who lent us a chair, water safe I then walked

Hard to find for people not familiar with the area. Stayed for 11 days....during which time could not get enough water for 2 people to shower. Complained on many days after booking in,to comments like you are the first person to complain.....or why don't you shower together!! General wet areas had mould in all corners.....Stovetop dirty and rusty,,,,,definitely would not recommend.
