Worst experience. I had a loan 3 years ago and they were amazing. I went back and they wouldn't keep contact, kept saying was with credit team, not allowed to talk to credit team, after 2 weeks of being told I would have an answer at end of day, every day, I applied through someone else and was approved straight away and sent money, still no contact from now finance. Called and cancelled and no remorse for leaving me hanging for weeks

Just had a chat to Anitha and although my loan has not had a decision yet, I really wanted to rate their customer service and response!
I had quick responses via email and also when I called in - both times I got Anitha! The interest rate they quoted was a lot better than their competitor by 5%! And when I did call the competitor to withdraw my application, I stayed on hold for over 30 mins and still no answer! Not even a message to advise if they were closed for the holiday break.
Anitha was very understanding and patient. I highly recommend this company or considering them if you want to take
