Exceptional service! As a Bride who didn't really have any idea what I wanted, the process of finding, and customising the perfect dress for me was an absolute breeze! I felt so well looked after throughout the entire process. Vic and Jen always took the time to listen to any ideas or concerns I had which meant I felt calm and excited, which is how every Bride deserves to feel! The dress turned out even more beautiful than I had hoped for!

My daughter and I have had nothing but extremely pleasant experiences when visiting Zanzi's. Jennifer's handiwork & creativity is simply amazing. My daughter arrived as an anxious bride who was not sure what she was after, but left smiling from ear to ear with a dress that suited her perfectly. A huge thanks to Jen for being patient, honest and downright passionate about what she is doing!

Such an incredible experience. From day one the whole process was personal and so enjoyable. Jen has such a wealth of knowledge and a genuine passion for what she does, which really shows in her gowns. I loved every minute of the design and fitting appointments and the finished gown was absolutely stunning - I got so many compliments and didn't want to take it off when the day was over! I will forever recommend Zanzis to family, friends and anyone else looking for a truly couture experience.

Jennifer and team created the most beautiful & comfortable couture wedding dress for me and I received exemplary service. Zanzis precision and passionate expertise shone through at each fitting. The service was personal and commiserate with a boutique experience. No swooning over each and every shape of gown necessarily, but a fun-filled and technically educational time finding the right one for my individual shape and personality. This made me feel so confident and beautiful on my big day.

I believe that most people who have a fantastic experience forget to write a review. I can not say enough about the experience and service I have received from Jennifer and the team at Zanzis, it was amazing. Even better is they are honest, most bridal shops say everything looks good just so you purchase, reality is that many styles wont suit you and it is nice to have an honest opinion. Having planned my entire wedding myself, it was a little stressful, not once did I ever have to worry about my dress. The process has been smooth all the way through and they went above and beyond to make sure

I recently visited Zanzis to try on a Karen Willis Holmes gown and found Jennifer to be really helpful, knowledgeable and very honest in her feedback to me in the gowns - which I really appreciated! :) She helped me with ideas on how to alter the gown to make it 'mine' all of which I loved. Since visiting her service has continued to be great, and I cannot fault them at all. I found the experience enjoyable, and intimate. Next step is the fitting and final steps and I'm confident they too with will be a great experience :)

I have NEVER experienced such bad customer service in my life. The owner/designer was so rude to me (bride to be) and my family, it was disgusting. Their dresses start at $5,000 and you would think they would be welcoming and helpful - how very wrong! They did not even let us in the store until it was our appointment time - this was not explained over the phone AT ALL. The day we visited was a rainy and windy day, so we were forced to stand outside while they were 'so busy' with not a person in the store. We don't have a budget as such for a dress, but this did not give us any better customer service
