We love to ensure our Brides have our complete and full attention. We also need to ensure we have one of our spacious change rooms booked for you during your time in our showroom. To ensure we meet these needs, appointments are necessary. Our standard consultation runs for approximately 45-60 minutes.

I can not reccomend this store enough, especially Andy. After 8 stores and hundreds of dresses tried on. Being teamed up with Andy, she had me try on dresses that were different styles and fabrics, I found i had been going to the same style and fabric everywhere else. Andy made the whole experience fun and exciting, where as the others were daunting and stuffy. Andy was super fun and full of knowledge, it was like any other day shopping with your best friends! 5 stars are not enough for Andy and the selection of beautiful gowns at brides selection. I can not wait to wear my dress with the final

My experience with Bride Selection and Gabby was exemplary! Gabby's knowledge and professionalism made the appointment stress free and so much fun. Once we had discovered the style I was after, Gabby's patience and advice to find "The One" was next to none and I was so excited that she helped me find my perfect dress, especially when it was completely different to what I ever imagined. Gabby listened to exactly what I wanted and made the entire experience personalised and I was extremely comfortable from start to finish. I cannot recommend Gabby highly enough and I am so excited to visit again

Had a fantastic experience buying my wedding dress. Great selection of dresses for all budgets and they were accomodating and welcoming when I made a very last minute appointment. Andy worked with me for my appointment and she was AMAZING! Super patient, honest and helpful while I tried on a million things and tried to figure out what I wanted. She made the whole experience fun and helped me pick a dress I loved. Would definitely recommend.

What an experience. I walked through the door and I was greeted with two smiling ladies welcoming me in and asking how they could help. I introduce myself and that is where I met Gabby. Gabby listened, offered me advice when I asked and began the process of finding my 'Yes dress". My wedding date is a little short so taking that into consideration she established the dresses and selection criteria I was looking at. The white gloves went on and off I went. Mum arriving after me, Gabby went through everything graciously again explaining certain designers and areas in the shop we can look at suiting

A horrible experience, would not recommend!
I called the store a few days before hand and was told I didn’t need to book an appointment if I was visiting through the week.
I walked into the store to not be greeted and completely ignored.
I was viewing the ball dresses waiting to be served and given a dressing room to yet be ignored again. Another person walked in and served before me when I had been waiting for 15 minutes.
I walked into a dressing room and started to try on dresses without any assistance or recognition from the consultant. I walked out of the dressing room with a dress on

The customer service was mediocre to say the least, we had to book an appointment yet the person helping me was switched with a different person multiple times. I felt very pushed by the original lady who was meant to help, she kept choosing out my dresses for me and made me feel as though i couldn't look in whole sections of the dress rack. She left and came back 40 minutes later telling us our appointment ended 10 minutes ago even though she had been present for almost none of it.

Had an amazing experience at brides selection. If your an overwhelmed, shy bride who has no idea where to start with finding a dress definitely recommend going to see Andy. Such a bubbly, fun person who really knows what she’s doing. Made my two brides maids and mother really enjoy the time we spent there. Thank you Andy!!!!

Had a wonderful experience from start to finish purchasing my wedding dress, veil and earrings from Brides Selection. I had an initial appointment with Gabby, who was just so kind, bubbly, patient and helpful. She put a lot of effort into pinning and clipping the dresses to give me the best idea of how they would look.
