Disgusting. If I could give zero stars I would. This was a company booked hotel but I would never spend my own money here. The place feels disgusting and unclean - The dust in the vents, the creeping mould, the shower grossness looks like make up was smeared all over the tiles and to top it off the safety violation of sealing up the fire alarm.

Staff are friendly, use to be a getaway for me and my partner but last couple of bookings we have been getting the worst rooms even though we pay for a premier ocean view, the shower is cover with mold the couch has stains the rooms tiny, better off staying at a motel and saving your dollars. Won't be going back there again

It’s in need of renovation as quiet dated. The room is large in size yet had a tiny old bathroom, with a shower that was just big enough to wash my hair in. I was meant to get a king bet, although it was two singles pushed together so had to sleep on either side of the join.
I don’t know Perth either, and the location is more out of the CBD than I realized, so had to walk longer distances.

Terrible view from the 1st floor bedroom of 2 industrial air conditioning units and a fleeting glimpse of cars on the freeway. bed was 2 singles pushed together that may as well have been 2 slabs of concrete, breakfast was a “boxed breakfast” which included a bowl of cereal, muffin and juice box. Overall, decent sized room, definitely not 4 stars.

First time staying. Unhappy that I requested a king/double bed, spoke to the guy at front desk and made sure it wasn’t 2 beds just pushed together because I’ve had that before at other hotels, but he ensured it was an actual double bed, only to find it was just 2 singles pushed together.
Air conditioner does not work at all, only goes down to 20° but you absolutely can’t feel any air blowing out. General upkeep and maintenance is needed.
The breakfast was pricy and not worth it. Also costs $30 extra for parking.
Average hotel, staff are nice and informative, but I wouldn’t consider

Id prefer to couch surf! Three days of no hot water, no follow up or feedback. Whilst all first world problems, paying good money not being even offered a coffee is just not good enough. Also having people smoking in the hotel and lifts was just too far - yes I let the staff know, could/did they do anything - no. Great location and the rooms are yes, dated, they are good enough- its just the customer service, obvious lack of facility maintenance and smoking that was too far.
