I cannot say my experience in using this firm for conveyancing was positive.
Given the purchase was our first home I paid a premium for their services above what others charge and expected a premium service. I did not receive this.
I assume the conveyancing services themselves were fine because I now own the house. However the main problem was with communication. I really had no idea what was going on through the entire process and ended up having to copy in the vendor's agent to get an update on the conveyancing. Most emails needed a follow up before getting a response.
I still have two outstanding
