Nice room, comfortable, cleaned. But customer service is ridiculously back and staff don’t pass information to eachother so while lady on phone says all good ur room number and just come collect key after 2pm once arrived man on reception can’t even find the booking and then demanding payment insisting not paid when credit card already been charged over phone and he dealt with us in a very rude tone and zero apologizes for their own miscommunication issues!
Also the wifi was unusably slow.

Comfortable. Care was needed getting into bath for shower as bath very slippery. No safety rails in disability bathroom & floor very slippery but otherwise stay was enjoyable.

We stayed for 15 nights while we worked at the Royal Easter Show 2021 and found it to be a fanatically convenient and friendly environment. The 2 bedroom apartment we stayed in was spacious, clean and comfortable, everything we needed was at our fingertips. We would recommend the Comfort Inn and Suites to anyone wanting a great stay in Sydney. They also have meeting rooms and parking, great for trainings.. Will definately be staying again!!

The staff here are amazing and accommodating.
I was in a room that faces the main road, inside the driveway, and there is no sound proofing in the rooms.
The suites are nice, contain everything you need.
Internet can be a bit hit and miss, depending on what you need to do with it.

Receptionist was cleaning and didn't wash hands when serving me. Later at reception she was busy talking to friend and didn't acknowledge me. Room had cockroaches. Restaurant was clean and tidy and meals were good.

It had a very hard mattress on a bed that kept sliding across the floor. It was very difficult to sleep especially when the fire alarm went off falsely at 4am. Hot water ran out and bathroom smelled not that great. Did not enjoy the stay much at all.

I really enjoyed my stay here. Staff were very helpful, rooms clean and well attended. Meals in the restaurant especially breakfast were great.
