I discovered Strong Home via Costco website after I submitted my information for a property refinance. The person from Strong Home Mortgage called me right away after I submitted my information and gave me some numbers. We started the process for a refinance but he was very slow to respond and often times wouldn't followup with me on time and i had to almost always call him for updates.
I paid $500 for an inspection (Strong Home's preferred inspector) and the value their inspector gave me was $30k-40k below recently sold similar apartments in the area. I even send them similar apartments sold

I've done several Primary Residence mortgages before, but not since the '08 downturn, and Strong HM provided me with a great experience. The representative, Mor, was timely with communication and detailing the expectations needed in 'todays' financial world. Strong Home Mortgage lived up to their advertised expectations.

I recently closed a refinance with Madison, and it went fantastically. Madison was very quick to respond to questions, make updates to documentation as needed, and really just helped answer my questions as this was my first ever refinance. The Strong Home mortgage website was also very good and I never had a single issue with it. It was as easy as logging in and dropping in the files. In this overall process I could not have asked for anything more! Not to mention I got an absolutely killer rate for my VA loan that was a half percent lower than anyone else with no point purchases or hidden fees

Decided to refinance the house since rates have dropped. I shopped around calling at least a dozen mortgage companies. I received a return call and email from Mr. Silva over at Strong home mortgage who I found on Costco’s services website. After a poor experience with a different lender on a past purchase resulted in a late closing, David Arroyo's hard work and responsiveness was a very welcome breath of fresh air. We ended up being able to close a week and a half early, which gave me much needed additional time to complete my move. Even when he was out of the office and couldn't answer a question right away, David would always drop me a line letting me know so I wasn't left hanging. We went through the Costco mortgage program, and were able to get a very good rate and low closing costs.
