I really enjoyed working with my hair & make up artist, Gladis. She made me feel very comfortable throughout the process. Since I know very little about hair and make up, it was very helpful that she took the time to make suggestions and explain why something works better. Gemma also was great at communicating, coordinating, and recommending a good local hair accessories online store to get my crown last minute.
On my wedding day she showed up early and prepared. She wasn't afraid of making a few more enhancements since the trial, such as adding longer eyelashes or making the eyeliner a bit more

I was so pleased to have Maria and Gladis for hair and makeup on my wedding day. Their service, skills and attitude was amazing, we didn’t have to stress about anything!
Covid meant we had to change our plans and Gem and her team were so easy to work with and organise everything for the day. They know exactly what they are doing and will make you look and feel your best.

I had a private 1:1 make up lesson with Gemma in November. Gemma was so lovely and welcoming , immediately made me feel at ease.
It was raining and Gemma came out to meet me, despite getting wet herself.
The whole experience was fantastic! Very well priced for what you get for your money. Invaluable.
Gemma took the time to listen to what I was hoping to get out of the lesson, it was completely tailored to what I wanted.
She recommended many products, some expensive, some not so.
The whole lesson flew by and I was given detailed notes about the lesson with clear easy to understand instructions

Gemma and her team are super talented and did my makeup for my wedding back in 2018. I received compliments the entire wedding day about how natural I looked, and how I looked like me. Couldn't fault anything. I've since become a colleague to Gemma within the hair and beauty industry, as we refer clients to each other. I can't thank Gemma and Susanna enough! From the moment I enquired, the service was exceptional. I'm not the most descriptive person but somehow they understood my vision with limited words and a heap of different photos.
The day was amazing. Gemma and Susanna were the sweetest people to have around and I honestly felt like they were part of the bridal party helping out on the day. They even did my dad and grandpa's hair at the last minute.

I cannot thank Gemma and Kylie enough for their outstanding professionalism, skill and attention to detail. Their excellent communication and enthusiasm made my wedding morning preparation and absolute joy! I particularly appreciated how both listened to each member of the wedding party, and tailored a look that suited us all perfectly. Initially I was unsure about ideas for my own hair styling and make up, but during my trial appointment, both took the time to discuss each option and how they would compliment my dress and jewelry choices. Gemma is very organised and knowledgeable in her craft. She was constantly sending me tips and reminders from day one on how to keep my skin and hair healthy as well as how to avoid stress on my wedding day.
