The Plaza is Iconic. We didn’t stay there and if we do, I’ll update my review. We just had afternoon tea there in the tea room. We really enjoyed the tea experience.

Beautiful property as to be expected and more. Such a lovely hotel to enjoy feels like you are going back in time to true luxury. Stopped in for a drink and dessert and loved every minute of it.

This is perhaps the most iconic hotel in all of New York City. It has been rendered all the more well known by the famous Hollywood movie - Home Alone. If you want to relive that Hollywood fantasy and stay in a top hotel that featured in your favorite childhood movie - Then by all means. If not, you will still find value in the excellence of their accommodation, service and, of course, location. Right at the heart of New York, and right next to Central Park, you will find many things of interest around this place. Monuments, fun activities, any brand outlet or eatery that matters. Who knows you

Had an amazing experience here. ALL staff I encountered are incredibly friendly and helpful.
This place is warm and welcoming and the history here is immaculately maintained; I really was shocked, they clearly go to an extremely high level of detail to maintain the entire premises.
Immediate access to Central park, walked then rented a bike and cruised for half of the day, you can cover a lot of ground if you are brave!
Bonus, the shower pressure is something I've never mentioned in a review but it was amazing...like standing under a waterfall!

They have really good steaks and they have really great deserts the architecture is beautiful. If you want to go have a wedding there that would be a very good place to do it. I would prefer doing honeymoons. They have a really good pools I would suggest this for any kind of trip.

We love our stay! The bedroom was spacious and comfortable. There is a coffee machine and a TV with a great choice of channels, lovely bathroom, lovely bed linen, robes, and towels. It is worth paying extra for a lake view because the view is stunning. Every staff member is so well-trained, they are friendly and helpful and put the guests' needs first. This place is highly recommended!

This is an amazing NYC icon. The place is a great place to explore. I always go downstairs after a day at the Central Park Zoo. There are tons of food options and dessert. The Plaza shop has nice souvenirs amongst other things. I highly recommend this place to check out to explore or get food downstairs.

Beautiful and elegant Grande Dame of a hotel. The lobby is romantic and elegant and very beautiful plus the food hall downstairs is fun and yummy.
Rooms were overhauled some time ago and the ones I saw are modern and very nice.
And service is exquisite.

Lovely prestigious Hotel in a great location of NYC. We have stayed four times here in the last few years. Staff are friendly, rooms are clean and tidy. The only fault i would have is they do-not have tea/coffee facilities in the rooms which would be much better than having to ring down for room service! Restaurants are lovely. Worth trying the Afternoon Tea in the Palm Court.

I greatly enjoy the Plaza. Staff is very good. The hotel is always busy, which I don’t love, but honestly cannot be helped, given the significance of this landmark hotel. The rooms are beautiful, but not at all uniform (aka same room type will have very different layout stay to stay). The bathrooms are gorgeous. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Dining options are plentiful. We have experienced all and standouts include a relaxing afternoon tea or a quick crepe in the underground food hall.

I'm actually being serious here.

I'm not sure if you've ever seen a 2-star hotel before...and granted you'll have to walk into the middle of Hindley Street Adelaide (i.e. we call it the "dodgiest" street in the city) to find this one, but I assure you that you too will agree with me...of 2-stars...for an empty hotel.

Let me explain. Whoever created their hotel front is questionable, which made me think "this is definitely not good enough" for someone like me. When you step inside and see the interiors, it's so ugly
