Mano's Italian Restaurant

We have been long time loyal Mano’s customers. Since the recent ownership change, things seem to have gone downhill. Tonight we ordered takeaway that was delivered. It was more expensive than previously, the delivery person didn’t have enough change. We no longer get a complimentary garlic bread when we spend over $100. We didn’t receive any cheese with the 3 pasta dishes. We ordered a medium to well done steak and it came rare. I think it’s time to find a new Italian restaurant.

Disappointed as used to walk past lots of times when visiting PP, and said we must visit, had some visitors and decided to try it for lunch Definitely not as good as it is portrayed to be. Thought would be a little more exclusive especially food wise, warm beef salad, the beef was tough. Had to ask for a steak knife and that didn’t help, told waiter when collected plates that it was tough and he said, yes he had heard ! Go figure and no one came to see us re our comments !
Plus not a lot of staff and still had to pay a surcharge! Won’t be back

I’ve been a regular at Manos for years and order takeout pasta weekly. Since the new owners things have gone downhill unfortunately. I think some of the previous chefs still do a great job but when you order a… takeaway pasta for ~$30, you shouldn’t have to “beg” for a good amount of Parmesan cheese to go with it. This is the portion size of Parmesan I was given in my delivery last night 😱

Beautiful food, an amazing Irish waiter who couldn't do enough. we will definitely be back

It just wasn't there for me .Really disappointing. I heard such good things about Manos and made the travel from willow Vale.
2 mouthfuls in and the rest went in the bin . $57 for 2 pasta dishes is extremely pricey, however if the quality is there , then it's no issue. I ordered the carbonara with gluten free pasta. It was extremely bland, zero… taste and the gluten free pasta was definitely not freshly made -it did taste however like it was from a packet . Being so intolerant to gluten, I usually steer clear from any pasta , however I did jump at the opportunity when I saw gluten free pasta

We got takeaway for the first time at Manos paradise point and we were so impressed. We had a carbonara pasta and added mushrooms and eshallots…absolutely amazing combo 🤩 the arancini balls were still hot and… both meals were fresh after I picked them up and drove home. I strongly recommend giving this restaurant a try and this will definitely be my new local restaurant go to for dinner 😁😁

Have been regular here for a couple of years, food is great, there were 2 waitresses that were very good, on top of everything, they have not been there the last 3 times and service is nowhere near the same.

Food was delicious 😋 staff were very friendly. Definitely recommend if you want a good Italian feed 😊

Fantastic pasta, dessert and coffee. These people know Italian food. Great service on a busy Saturday night.

Visited here to celebrate a milestone for my younger sister with the whole family and was not left disappointed.

The service was almost faultless and the staff were lovely. We even tipped the young lady.

There were six meals ordered all up one for each of us.
I'll start with mine cause obviously I ate that one lol. However I did try all of them.

I ordered the chilli bug which lived up to its name sake for the chilli however the bug was cut up very small so could almost have been omitted however the taste of the sauce and pasta was amazing. I'll say this as well all the actual pasta
