Anti snoring mouthguards are also known as MAS (mandibular advancement splint) or Somnodent / Somnomed. These are custom made mouthguards that work to reduce or completely eliminate snoring. They work by keeping the lower jaw in a forward position during sleep, which is an effective management method for certain types of sleep apnoea and snoring.

Dr Sabrina is a gem. I hope she remembers the brief consultation because I don’t want to be too specific but my partner is an international student so she may remember the interaction. We had a recommendation from an other dentist for my partner to have her wisdom teeth out however the surgeon we were referred to we didn’t feel comfortable with. As we don’t have private health care for dental we put it off to save up. When the time came to get it done we researched and didn’t feel comfortable with who we had previously been referred to and so an internet search brought us to North Brisbane

Nothing short of amazing. I called up having never been there before about a filling that had fallen out (done at another dentist practice) and they fit me in 15 minutes later after the call! The ladies were lovely, professional and you could tell they love their job and care greatly about their patients. They did an amazing job, went the extra mile, and I’ve never felt so comfortable at a dentist. 1000% recommend and I’ll be back for all future cleans/check-ups.

Every one from reception to dentists and dental nurses are absolutely fantastic and professional. Highly recommend NBD Clinic. Been going there for 10+ years. When I first went there I said if you hurt me, I don't pay. Unfortunately for me I they have never hurt me. Can't speak highly enough of this clinic and staff. Fantastic.

Can’t commend North Brisbane Dental Clinic enough. As someone who has had some troubles at other dental clinics before I felt so safe and informed by the team at North Brisbane Dental Clinic. Everyone is super nice and caring. Will definitely continue to be a regular there going forward as I know I’ll get high quality, safe and friendly service!

Wonderful visit at North Brisbane Dental. Since moving interstate I’ve struggled to find a good clinic til now. Dr Kirstie and Claudia were fantastic - very professional and excellent at making sure you were comfortable. The reception staff are friendly and welcoming and the practice is clean and modern.

I was very nervous about going as hadn’t been to see a dentist in a long time. However Kristie was fabulous - she made me feel very relaxed - she was very gentle and I even booked an appointment for 6 months time. The ladies at the front desk were also very kind and welcoming. Would definitely recommend North Brisbane Dental.

All the staff were so warm and welcoming. Having had some awful experiences at dentists over the years with very sensitive teeth I had a lot of anxiety going into my appointment. Dr Kirstie was so wonderful and was able to put my mind at ease for a comfortable and stress free appointment. I’m so relieved to have found this clinic.
