What a fun way to spend a night in lockdown. Did the VIVE cooking course via Zoom and cooked up a storm. Not only did we end up cooking a beautiful risotto we learnt all about the ingredients that we used, where they came from and how they were produced. The notes and instructions with shopping list were sent to us beforehand and we then learnt lots
