1. Please call us from outside on arrival and wait outside until you are called for your appointment. During Stage 4 lockdown, clients will be required to wait outside while their pet is being examined by the Vet. Special circumstances apply. If you are picking up medications or food, you wil need to call on arrival and wait outside to be served.
