I would never recommend this Agent. When other Agents in the Illawarra were given compassion in lockdown, this Agency was terminating long term tenants with no reason given. Customer Service is cold, blunt and unempathetic. Made false and misleading statements in the final inspection and when brought to Agents attention, no apology given. Worst Agent I have ever dealt with and I have dealt with many in the Illawarra.

Best real estate ever!
Honestly the best I've ever dealt out of three other real estates I would say these guys are honestly so good at their jobs!
Had to leave due to DV and the agents have been so supportive kept everything as minimal as possible done nothing but always assist me.
Would highly recommend this real estate super professional and very compassionate.
I would give them a go they are amazing agents that go above and beyond.

Dimosons is the most helpful and understanding agency I have ever dealt with.
I was a single mother of 3, coming out of a bad time, their property manager Nicole Cooper didn't just write me off, she took the time to understand my situation and me and helped my kids and I find a home to call our own.
2years later I'm still here, kids are happy and stable and I have been able to build myself a record as a good tenant, that will be a huge benefit when renting again, All because the wonderful staff at Dimosons Real Estate care, and take the time to know you as a person, not just a rental ledger.

Positive: Professionalism, Responsiveness
Ive been renting through Dimosons for 6 months and couldn't be happier. The property i rent had to have the Rangehood replaced, this was done within 2 days of reporting the issue. Nicole and her team are professional, courteous , honest and very efficient. I hope to Rent through Dimosons for many years to come.

I was listed with another real estate agent for 8 months and changed to Dimosons Real Estate. I regret not initially listing with Dimosons. They were personable, professional, honest and most importantly kept me informed throughout the entire selling process. They treat clients with respect and are very transparent. Robert was exceptional with the way he handled negotiations and way exceeded my expectations. Dimosons Real Estate made the whole experience so easy and were extremely pleasant to deal with. I would highly recommend them however don't make my mistake of not listing with them first

Robert and Barbara from Dimosons are absolutely incredible. After purchasing our property from them in 2015, when the time came to sell, we couldn't go past using them again.
