I took my border collie in as an emergency for the first time. He had a regular check at another local vet , 3 weeks prior. Back then, I explained to the vet that he was tired , at times confused, would be panting and run out of breath very quickly, he’s off his food etc. he was examined and I was told he’s getting old(11years) but needs a teeth… cleaning. We could do a blood test if you really want to follow it up, listened to his chest/heart and said all seems ok. 3 weeks later , I woke up to my dog coughing blood. I rang my regular vet to be told he can’t be seen for

Highly recommend. They are so friendly and the vets are so compassionate and animal lovers. I took my puppy for his second vaccination and the check up for him while we were there was so thorough. She took me through everything she was checking and why. She asked me a lot of questions such as what I’m feeding him, what I’m worming him with, when he was last treated for worming, and then if I had any concerns. After the check up she felt comfortable giving him his vaccination. I also left there with a puppy pack and a free worming sample as the one I was using didn’t cover all parasites. Excellent

I have been attending this place since my fur baby was born nearly 14 years ago! I have always loved the professionalism of the staff but mostly, I love the personalised care that the vets give to each pet! My dog, Chico (an English Staffee cross French Bulldog) isn’t great around other bigger dogs and his Vet Marika comes outside to have a chat and administer his necessary medication fuss free! I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Just grateful to have an amazing team of caring staff around the corner!

I have been coming to this place for the last 13+ years and have NEVER been disappointed! The staff are ALWAYS very positive, welcoming and extremely sensitive to each persons/animals needs! I have also recommended my particular veterinarian for an anxious pet which was very well received by the owner! I have total comfort in this practice and their diagnosis…. Such professionalism and follow up are priceless…

Yesterday Emma and I said a tearful goodbye to our darling dog Harry. He died peacefully in my arms. I cannot thank the staff enough for the wonderful care and attention they gave us during this sad and stressful time. They were caring and professional. Heartfelt thank you to you all.

My Dog 6 year old staffy Tank has been going to Caroline springs vet since he was a puppy and has always suffered from bad skin. Although he has been there for many years we always had to wait days for an appointment and if I was running 5 minutes late they would cancel my appointment but I would have to wait in the waiting rooms for them for 15… minutes. Not ok! To be quite blunt I have spent thousands and thousands of dollars on trying to help my babies skin at Caroline springs vet as well as doing a lot of my own research and using natural remedies and a fish based diet for Tank because

Great vet clinic, we have taken our Labrador puppy here a few times for check ups and when ill. Whenever in doubt, we call up the clinic with questions and they are always so friendly and helpful. They always follow up after appointments to make sure your fur baby is feeling okay. Thank you! :)

Very professional, kind and patient staff with much experience and enthusiasm.
Very easy to book and they’re quite accommodating when it’s urgent, depending on the issue.
We also did a puppy school with Kerryn and it was great.. both my little fur bub and I enjoyed it a lot!
