Follow-along workouts designed by physiotherapists who specialise in exercise for over 55's. Improve your strength, balance, fitness and coordination with our small group or 1-on-1 exercise programs. Recover quickly and return to your best self with our pre and post-surgery rehabilitation. In-home balance and strength programs are one of the most effective ways to prevent falls and help maintain independence at home and in the community.

We are a team of physiotherapists passionate about empowering over 55's to stay strong and independent. We combine the scientific evidence that promotes exercise as medicine, with our expert skills and knowledge as physiotherapists, to help you move better, reduce pain and build confidence in your body, so you can keep doing the things that make you happy.

Back in 2012 I was working as a private practice physiotherapist. I had a particular client named Keith whose main goal was to stay strong and mobile so he could keep living independently in his own home for as long as possible. The standard physiotherapy clinic model in a small room just simply didn't suit what Keith really needed.
In-home balance and strength exercises are one of the most effective ways to prevent falls and help maintain independence at home and in the community. Our mobile in-home service is where Be Mobile all began! As physiotherapists passionate about empowering over 55's we realise that it is sometimes difficult or not practical for our less mobile clients to get out and about and make it into a clinic.

I could not be happier with the professionalism and attention to detail I have experienced at Be Mobile Physiotherapy.
I have had plenty of positive relationships with physios but Brodie's approach to his job, his ability to listen and the results are exceptional. He is a standout.
The aim is to set one up for a program that will have a positive impact on mobility and ease of movement, so the visits are organised on a needs basis. They are quite infrequent really, but it does the job.
Couldn't be happier.

I am at week 7 of the 8 week BeMobile Fit and Strong program. I have sent numerous links to friends and family as I believe the course has so much to offer. It’s a strength and fitness builder but has also helped with my physical confidence and mental health. I had a couple of falls last year that rocked my confidence this course has helped with… that. I love the educational tutorials and have learnt that older women don’t metabolise protein as well and how to manage that along with oh so many other things. As a retired health professional Evidence base is very important to me

Started my online strength building course this week. It’s very achievable, not expensive and doesn’t take up too much time. Walking and a bit of gardening is just not enough and these Physio’s teach me how to do the exercises without putting too much stress on my sore shoulders and osteoarthritic joints.

I’m not sure how I came across Be Mobile but it was serendipitous. I’d recently had my 3rd broken bone in as many years and the confidence I’d always had in my body was challenged. Add to that a creeping realisation that I could no longer get up off the floor in one smooth motion, or step up on that limestone wall as a shortcut to the shops and I… was suddenly confronted by every one of my 68 years. Activities are focused on your individual requirements, in a fun way and designed to be interesting and challenging ( as much as you want ...or not) . Its made a huge difference to me and recovery of broken bones. Thanks 💪🙂

Who would have thought getting stronger and more mobile could be fun? Well it certainly is with the the BeMobile team. Mitch, Jack and Ollie have been so supportive in encouraging me to do far more than I thought I could. I felt very negative and stiff back in April and now.....I look forward to the exercise , meeting new people (just like me), and the laughs. Thank you Team. This is an amazing physio studio and I'm so glad I found them. Having been through two joint replacements and having a couple of mobility issues I had almost resigned myself to thinking it wasn't possible to change my body's lack of strength. I could walk long distances but I wanted so much more than that. The operators of this business are incredible - they are patient but motivating and they make it fun to go to their classes. These guys make exercise so much fun, it’s a gym but run by Physio’s- the perfect combo! They do personal 1:1 training and run brilliant classes with close attention to every person and their needs. If you’re feeling your age or just want to be more active but hate gyms try this fun interesting way to exercise. Join a class and you’ll be back week after week and who knows, you may learn to juggle too. Give them a try!

I am confident recommending Be Mobile Physio's because of their individual programming designed to meet the needs of their clients. Their program includes exercises which are not too strenuous but still assist with recovery and falls prevention.
