MyFamily Physio is conveniently located on Level 1 of Pittwater Place Shopping Centre in Mona Vale on the beautiful Northern Beaches of Sydney. Alistair is a great physio. He is very knowledgeable and professional in all aspects of his work. He has been a great help in my recovery to get me back to work as soon as possible. He also is incredibly knowledgeable regarding work cover policies. Looking forward to a full recovery post surgery.

Alistair has been a tremendous help to me. At my first visit he quickly identified some serious problems with my shoulder and recommended a surgeon. I have had surgery and my post operative care has been attentive and thorough. I am well on the way to full recovery. I would highly recommend My Family Physio.

Extremely personable and professional, genuinely cares about your long term recovery. Alistair will give you an honest and knowledgeable diagnosis with plans on how you can get back to full health. He takes your recovery seriously and doesn’t just look at you as another appointment, taking the time to properly assess and provide the appropriate treatment. If you need a Physio who has your best interest at heart then he is the perfect choice.

Having Alistair as a Physiotherapist has been a great experience. I went to him recommended by my GP as I have a problem with my left shoulder. Every time I go to Alistair I come out with a lot of relieve from the pain I suffer, he is gentle and conscious of my problem and knows exactly how to manage it, it will be a process but I trust this process in the hands of Alistair. Post surgery after care is an important factor to regain optimum mobility especially after I had broken my elbow on my right arm. I needed to get my life back again and do the things I did before I had my injury such as driving and day to day activities one takes for granted.
