At Samaana, our focus is on creating balance and health in both body and mind. Appointments are one-to-one. Treatments and programs are tailored to your individual constitution and health needs and goals.

We conduct thorough assessments and address all facets of health from physical well-being, through to diet and mental and emotional health. Gentle, safe and supportive: We don't subscribe to the old adage "no pain, no gain"! We teach you ways to become more aware of your body's signals and guide you through the programs so that you feel confident and supported throughout your therapeutic experience.

Samaana offers Yoga Therapy and Physiotherapy to adults, teenagers and children, with the hope of instilling a heightened sense of balance, well-being and harmony within the body and mind. I began working as a Physiotherapist in 2004 and have since gathered extensive experience working in both hospital and community settings with both children and adults.
At Samaana, we use tools from the sciences of both Physiotherapy and Yoga Therapy to help you achieve optimal well-being and maintain these benefits over time. The key to successful outcomes at "Samaana" is the is the specialised use of movement with breath. The tools of Yoga are applied in ways specific to your individual, unique constitution and health goals.
