Established in 1990, the Annerley Physiotherapy practice has a well-established presence in the local community and a long-standing client base. Clinical Tai Chi has recently been shown to provide fitness and movement benefits, particularly in the aging population. The gentle slow controlled movements of Tai Chi improve cardio-vascular fitness, increase muscle tone and strength, improve flexibility, and in particular improve balance and prevent falls.

Deborah was great. I had been in pain for a couple of weeks due to a back injury. I visited Deborah and she was informative and identified the issue quickly. Within a few days I was back to normal! Thank you Deb :)
