It's a rare and very handy combination for helping you improve your leadership. You'll find me in the Melbourne CBD.

Services
I'm proud to have worked with people from some amazing organisations such as Google, KPMG, Allens Linklaters, Goldman Sachs and the ABC. I've also been featured widely in the media; including Business Insider, Channel 9, Radio National, The Age and The Sydney Morning Herald. Back in 1989, I registered as a psychologist.
Here's a small sample of case studies to see how I've helped some senior and high potential leaders improve their leadership, teams and workplaces. Whether I worked with them as their executive coach, consulted to their organisation, or they were a part of one my leadership learning programs, this could be you too.
Rejection comes in all shapes and sizes. As bleak as it sounds, it's inevitable. Social, romantic, and familial rejection are all commonly discussed rejections that leave us feeling hopeless. But professional rejection often goes unnoticed. If you have discreetly removed your sensible shoes while sat at your office desk, you are not alone.
Note: If you call directly and reach my voicemail, don't worry. I don't work with a secretary. I strive to respond to all calls within 24 business hours - leave a message with your name and number, and some good times to call you back. Dr Michelle Pizer is located in the ACA building in the Melbourne CBD.
Executive coaching helps close your leadership talent gaps and boosts performance. It also gives your important employees another reason for not joining the great resignation. You're smart and successful already. A high achiever. And you know you'd do even better with expert guidance. I'm there as your sounding board and strategic advisor, with a bespoke process to help you get on track and stay there.

Looking back, investing in Michelle's coaching program was well worth it. I had many hesitations before I signed up, but what changed my mind was feeling how much she cared about me and what I want to accomplish. After joining her coaching program, I realized how much I did not know. She took every topic to a deeper level. I learned a lot about… myself as well as different perspectives from others in the program. Michelle knows how to activate my mind to help me realize my potential and see my blind spots. Thank you for being an awesome coach!

Michelle cares a great deal about the people she works with and helping them find success and happiness in both the workplace and their everyday lives. Michelle has been my client off and on for about 3 years now and we have both grown leaps and bounds working with each other -- I have helped her hone her brand and business while she has taught me a great deal about being assertive, achieving my goals, and balancing self-care with work! I am sure that anyone who worked with Michelle would be sure to find success both professionally and personally.
