They are always friendly and helpful, and I can always expect a good laugh or two when I go there.

They're professional, and they know what they're doing. Very friendly people and l love going to do my exercise and the staff is really nice and really help us to reach our goals. I never been to the place were l feel comfortable. Amazing support and atmosphere, the coaches are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, always fun.

Body Revival is not about one way of training. Instead it's about finding a path that suits your specific goals and needs so you can get the best results and have fun while doing it. Body Revival provides three pathways that can be trained separately or together.

The perfect generalised training for all fitness levels catering to a wide variety of goals including fat loss, strength, increased cardiovascular endurance, and overall health & wellbeing.Bootcamp, functional fitness, and HIIT are high intensity classes that will get sweaty, incinerate calories, and leave you feeling charged.
I have always loved fitness and the fitness industry, so the idea of becoming a personal trainer at a young age was super exciting to me as I really wanted to make fitness my lifestyle and my career. I worked at various fitness locations around Melbourne teaching group fitness and personal training clients, whilst putting myself through my bachelor's degree in business and sports administration.
The InBody body composition analyser measures your body and provides a detailed, yet easy to understand report. On your results sheet, you will see how many kilograms of fat and muscle is on your body and where it is located. By monitoring these metrics over time, you can pin point the changes needed in your diet and exercise to achieve your goals.
Body Revival is Victoria's largest personalized health and fitness club with over 80 group training sessions running weekly and specializing in variety of training styles. Services include; Group Training e.g. HIIT, Boot Camp, Boxing Fit, Circuit, Strength and Conditioning, CrossFit, Personal Training and Nutrition.

I joined Body Revival back in November and it was the 3rd gym I have ever joined. Everyone at Body Revival including trainers and other members have been very welcoming. the trainers are exceptional in what they do. you can always go up to any of the trainers for advice and they are happy to talk to you. in terms of Work Out everything is structured and all you have to do is turn up to do the work. it takes the planning out of you have to do it.

Been training at BR for a year now & only just started CrossFit, not sure why I didn’t do crossfit soon. Such a great workout, not easy but very satisfying. Trainers very supportive & the other crossfitters are encouraging

The vibe of BR Crossfit is welcoming for beginners, Intermediate and Advanced athlete's that have the one goal. To be better, stronger, fitter and always have goals that can be accomplished with the help of our friendly and passionate coaches. I have done every class available and have LOVED them all but was and will always be drawn back to… crossfit.
