Fitness Fixx

I started using Fitness Fixx when I worked as the Wellness Director for Angie's List. Aaron and his team were always timely, professional and efficient so it was a natural fit to call them for repairs when I opened my own gym. I'm most impressed with their sense of urgency when it comes to meeting my repair needs but they're pricing is always better than their competitors so I will continue to choose them first.

Fitness Fixx was fantastic!!! My treadmill broke, but I knew the exact part to order and was able to get an appointment scheduled for the next business day. Josh came and installed it in no time.

Even during the COVID-19 pandemic and lockdown, this company is willing to assist their customers in any way they can. I worked with Aaron from the company over email and he helped me every step of the way in checking parts on my treadmill that may have been defective even thought he couldn’t physically come out. When I offered money for the “virtual assistance”, he stated he was just happy to help and was looking forward to coming out to our residence once allowed by the state. I am a FitnessFixx customer for life now thanks to this amazing customer service!

I have a home Smith Machine with a sliding weight plate holder for the lat pull, pec deck and low row. The coating on the main cable connecting the weight plate holder to the lat pull peeled off making the plate loaded assembly unusable. Sourcing a replacement part from the same manufacturer or even a custom made part was challenging. I came across Fitness Fixx and gave them a call early one morning. Aaron let me bring the cable over that morning and he quickly did a custom cable replacement utilizing the plate holder screw from my cable and fashioning an end loop for the lat pull. The new cable

I tried Fitness Fixx for the first time. They were here on time and the service person who came out, David, was awesome. He took his time did not rush and was really thorough. Not only did the treadmill run great after the service, David gave great advice, and knew his stuff. Moreover, there was a crack in the frame, instead of me having to deal with contacting the treadmill manufacturer, he took pictures, worked with his team in the office (Aaron), and they took it upon themselves to contact the treadmill manufacturer to find out what they could do to fix it and find out if there were any warranty

I have been using the company for this past year, and have nothing but positive things to say. They have found and corrected issues with our gym that our previous company had been neglecting. The staff is exceptional knowledgeable and friendly, along with being prompt to fix any issues that we have come up.
