My partner and I were looking to purchase our first house last year & we went to one open house and spoke with Claire and after telling her what we were looking for in a property the first house she showed us was the one that had what we wanted & needed and ended up buying.

We are currently renting through another agency and with our lease coming to an end, we were disappointed in the lack of assistance we received in trying to secure a subsequent property prior to the end of our current lease with the agency we had been renting through for 3 years. At one point, an agent had made promises that we would be approved for a property only to find out via email 5 days before our lease was due to expire that we were unsuccessful.

Absolute terrible real estate If you’re a home owner DO NOT get them to manage your property!!
If you’re renting then it’s a great place. You can damage property, put holes in walls(and not fix it) no bond cleaning as you’re leaving and you still get all of your bond back.
