Neil and his team are extremely helpful with my purchase. Property needs some work before renting out. Neil and Lisa helped me organise quotes and provided advices that suit me best. They are very responsible, friendly and easy to talk to. I had a great experience in working with them. Highly recommend to others that are looking to purchase property.

Candice Le has been handling my investment property for many years. Candice has always handled my queries with the utmost importance and priority. Big thanks to Neil and his team for selling our home. From the moment i called Neil i knew this was going to be a very easy process at a reasonable price. Neil's for sale signs are outstanding. We had people driving into the street just to look cause the sign stood out that much. Our home had multiple offers within a couple of days and sold quickly above what we expected. Couldn't be happier with Browns plains real estate and highly recommend them to anyone selling locally.

The entire team are on the same page. When we decided to list our property with them, they were as excited as we were. They got an offer on the first inspection, and we signed a contract two days later. I have no problem recommending if you are looking to sell.

Wouldn’t trust any of the property managers, the only thing they know how to do is make sure you never see your bond again.

Just want to say a massive thank you to the team at bpre, we had to terminate our lease early due to covid, the leasing team were wonderful nothing was to much to ask. The girls organised all the cleaning, carpets and handyman, they were quick to get someone else into the property which made our lives stress free. Couldn't have ask for a better renting and end of lease experience. Thanks heaps

Thanks for doing a great job selling our house! Browns Plains Real Estate were very reliable, thorough and made the sale as painless as possible. We would not hesitate to use again!

They didn't tell us that the house floods when it rains, telling us to pay for worn out fly screens and damage that already existed.

Not only in the 3yrs we rented from them did we have 7 different property managers and never informed of the change until a different signature showed up on the notices and forms, we had water bills go missing and then when we enquired 3 turned at once with a pay immediately notice. We had no shower for a month in a one bathroom house and had to… fight for some compensation. We got contact to the owner direct and discovered they only knew of 10% of the problems with the property. When we went to leave there was issues with the bond clean and we had to fight to get our bond back. Overall

My husband and I have rented through BPRE for nearly 14 years and can’t speak highly enough of the property management team. We have now FINALLY purchased our forever home through Neil and the sales team. Again, they didn’t miss a beat!! Neil has been nothing but helpful and answered all my questions (even the dumb ones) without complaint!! I cant even put into words how fantastic they are. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough!!
