For nineteen years est. 2000) Cj's French & Fondue Restaurant offers French/Swiss cuisine within our cosy little restaurant (seating up to 40 persons) and is a family owned business situated on the main street of Military Road in Neutral Bay, Sydney. For further directions to the restaurant refer to our Location.

Prior to our current location, we have always been specialising in French cuisine & Fondues for the community of Sydney for many years. We started our first family restaurant, formerly named 'Le Petit Savoyard' est. 1981 in Ridge Street, North Sydney which featured our popular Swiss-style fondues until it's closure in 1997.
Services
CJ's in Neutral Bay specialise in French cuisine and, wait for it, fondue. Order a Swiss cheese fondue and dip your baguette into the delicious mass of melted cheese. Loved celebrating my Birthday at CJ's! Always beautiful food, attentive service, and an intimate ambiance. Thank you again, CJ's! CJs is a restaurant of everything stereotypically French.
Situated on Military Road and close-by to public transport (taxi ranks, bus stops) please find parking at nearby streets available such as Ben Boyd Rd, Yeo Street or Military Road. Whilst we do maintain our online media (website, social media) we still prefer a phone call. For any general enquiries and table bookings please call Cjs by phone.

Highly recommend this place. Every course we had was just so delicious, we didn't want it to end. And we can't wait to go back. Staff are super friendly and you are well looked after. If you are looking for a restaurant for dinner tonight, then you must go here. You won't be disappointed.

€˘ Their owners are super super friendly.
• The restaurant has a really cozy vibe!
• The service is definitely efficient.
• There is street parking around the restaurant.
• Better to reserve the table on Fri and Sat.
• Food are delicious! From the Swiss cheese fondue to the Premium eye steak. ils sont parfaits!
My favourite are the premium eye steak with garlic parsley butter, and Prawn with French-style fondue! But beef with the French fondue is also a popular choice!
I love this restaurant and will come back fore more !!

Family run French restaurant, very friendly and welcoming staff.
Great place to get your cheese fix. The cheese fondue is the greatest in Sydney.
We ordered the set menu with Swiss cheese fondue and French oil fondue. It's a great dining experience. Highly recommend to add prawns. It's got a beautiful buttery crunch.
If you got room for more, definitely must try the steaks. Cooked marvelously. The garlic parsley butter drizzled over the steak is to die for. Will definitely order two of these next time.

3 fondues… cheese, bourguignonne, and chocolate… really a nice menu choice… best is cheese for sure… chocolate is nice for sweet tooth… bourguignonne has a very beef…
Really a great simple but fine dinner… very French, at least the food side… ambiance French as well… a safe and good choice for couple and family outing

Had the banquet ( cheese + beef fondue) and chocolate crepe. The food was good, but sizes are small. The cheese fondue better than the beef one. The highlight was the chocolate crepe must admit.
You need to book and it gets busy (and it's very small, ~8 tables).
Very important: BYO available.

Our family loves fondues so, when we found this place, we were delighted - and not disappointed. My mother and sisters discovered that apple slices and french fries were great to dip into the cheese fondue and the chocolate dessert fondue was delicious. For those who are lactose intolerant, the menu provides some excellent, classic French dishes and my nieces were very happy with the kids menu (my youngest niece who quietly asked for extra marshmallows with dessert was presented with a separate dish of them).
The decor is old school and the restaurant is quite small, so I would recommend booking
