Fantastic as always - best range of accommodation, best prices, excellent customer service. Cannot fault in any way - and as a former travel trade professional and business owner of MANY years' experience, I like to think that I know what I'm talking about. No need to go anywhere else - Gippsland Lakes Escapes is the 'go to' for Paynesville and surrounding areas.

This was our 3rd time going through Gippsland Lakes Escapes. We've had different places on different occasions, but all of them have been in great condition, suited our needs, reasonably priced and in a lovely location. Our latest on "A Kings View", was our absolute favourite and we can not wait to return!
Thank you for having us 😊

We were a group of 10 women so the sleeping arrangements were interesting. The living areas were great and kitchen adequate, however a few more glasses would be helpful. The bathroom arrangements were not ideal as the bungalow stayers had to go across to main house for toilets and showers. It would be good if a toilet and basin could be installed at the bungalow as difficult during the night. A very pleasant outlook from the property, beautiful and quiet. Possibly better suited to young families.

Raymond Island was a beautiful place, amazing wildlife and the kids can roam free.
We stayed at Sakeside - which unfortunately was not great, and I would not stay there again...a little list of complaints:
- very dirty, needs a good scrub and clean (think cobwebs, dust, dirty couches)
- top bunk bed did not have a rail, as a consequence I could not put my child in there for fear of them falling out
- advertised as having ceiling fans in both bedrooms - there were none
- advertised as having a BBQ and row boat for use, however these were at the back of the property in a taped off area due to
