Gurmeet & Avninder are the owners and your hosts and is committed to providing exceptional customer service and cater for corporate travellers and couples.
Spacious suite with two King Beds in large living area with dining table, leather lounge chairs and coffee table. The bathroom has a large corner spa bath, separate shower recess, a full length mirror and excellent lighting over the vanity. Your own washing machine and dryer are located in the cupboard beside the kitchenette; this is a very welcoming suite.
Owner/Host, Gurmeet & Avinder look forward to hearing from you. Check in - 1400hrs, if you are delayed with your arrival, do not rush, just call us and we will advise your room number and prepare it for your arrival. Check In Instructions - Collect key from reception. In case of unforeseen circumstances and you arrive after hours please pickup phone outside reception door and the key will be brought to you.

Why was my stay here excellent?
One reason: the managers! We were late to check in, but they stayed up in their own time to give us keys to our room with a huge smile all the way. 5-star customer service. The rooms are legit 5-star, too. Huge, modern, and more comfortable than your bedroom you've been building for the past 15 years. In the morning, we were late to breaky, but were seated with that genuine, personable man who loves what he's doing. We ordered breaky, and the same man went back into the kitchen to flip eggs and bacon, staunchly sauntered over to the front desk to check out guests

Well done to the owner of the Bairnsdale Motel. A full refund for two rooms I had booked and had to cancel in less than 24 hours because of lockdown even when the booking agency said ‘no refunds’. Very decent, very generous. I will certainly be rebooking with this motel and recommend them sight unseen because of their honourable way of operating. Thank you.

A welcoming and delightful motel. The room we were in was well appointed, clean and well laid out with plenty of room and even a private courtyard. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was large and well laid out. We loved the very healthy veggies growing the car park :) The hosts were charming. We would highly recommend this motel.
