Its filthy. No amenities to make the stay comfortable. The toilet is broken. Water kept running all night. The owner is extremely rude. He was shouting at us to leave the room at 11 am cos his cleaner lady came.( I wonder what cleaning was he talking about!) No customer service. Though the night duty person at reception was pleasant. Never going there again. Would not recommend.

OMG what I dive, Avoid this place it smells like nothing I’ve ever Smelt before as soon as you walk in , when the creepy man showed me the room witch smells off dampness, I told him no way and he tried to charge me £5 for parking on the property, I’m going to report this place to the environmental health department. No one should be Conned out of there money.

Not worth £65! Shower looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in months the build up of dirt was disgusting, the best sheets were broken and dirty with hairs and what looked like tea stains, the cups provided were dirty on the inside and outside, we had England pillow cases on the bed!, and the receptionist was very rude! Won’t be returning highly recommend not staying here!

Went to The Vic Park Hotel and the food was outstanding. That head chef deserves a raise! We had a super friendly waitress named Ana, she was awesome! It was actual table service even with the whole online… ordering. You don’t see staff checking in with tables as often as it used to be but she made sure to come and check that everything was A okay and if we would like anything extra. Service was awesome, food was amazing.

Didnt want to give a rating but wouldnt let me post without one so I wouldnt have rated it granted they showed us into our rooms early but the onsuite was disgusting the shower base was falling apart the shower base and drain was dirty the plug in the sink wouldnt lift so couldnt even have a wash pulled the duvet forward and there were blood stains on the sheet my friends room wasnt as bad as mine but she had no plug at all in the sink so they showed my husband another room and that was as bad he said that one didnt have a plug in the sink which when he pointed it out they said you don't really

Very basic compared to what I expected in a 3 star hotel. More like a 2 star hotel. Breakfast serving time is very short. I missed my breakfast time but could have been compensated at least for the money I paid for one night. Hotel doesn't really have storage room for people who may want to leave their bags or suitcases. They are kept in an office room instead, which is a bit fishy.
