The main dining room, which seats up to 80, has recently undergone a delightful renovation. For those who would like a drink before meals, a large, handsome granite bar is discretely located near the entrance. Tasteful private function rooms are also available for parties from 10 to 70 people.

Born in Hong Kong in 1946, Mathew Chan's life took one of its many twists and turns when he was sent from Hong Kong to boarding school in Albury at the age of fifteen.

The exquisite, delicious menu offers everything from the old favourites to the most exotic tastes. These include signature dish favourites to the most exotic tastes. These include signature dish Mustard King Prawns, Live Lobster Dry Fried with Spicy Salt and Chilli, Diced Fillet of Beef with Honey Coated Walnuts in Black Pepper Sauce, Crispy Chicken with Shallot Sauce and Drunken Prawns.

I know others have raved about their service and from some magazine articles they say their success is because of their service and that customers feel welcomed like family, but that was not what we experienced.
We went last night for my husband's birthday, as their Peking Duck is a special treat for us and we went last year as well. Whilst their food was fantastic, the service isn't matched. Even with masks, I could tell there was absolutely no smiles by our waiter and the new female owner. Service was cold and we were almost a nuisance, from the start of dinner till when we paid. I can't say

Went here with a large group to celebrate a birthday. Service was flawless for a table if 9 with a few dietary requirements. Good wine list which was a nice surprise. Most dishes were very good with a few nice tweaks to some classics. Lost 1 star for the hot English mustard prawns. Very odd dish and made my mouth taste of mustard for the rest of the meal. All in all, we had a great time.

We went here to get some takeaway for dinner after work. We live in the Hills district and there isn't many good Chinese options out that area, but I heard the positive reviews about Peacock Gardens and just had to try it. I wasn't disappointed at all, you could tell the food was made with the best and fresh ingredients and servings were very generous. When you walk into the restaurant you instantly feel welcomed as it's a family run business. Please go out of your way to try the food at Peacock Gardens as it won't disappointment you. Good vibes, impeccable service and friendly staff. Definitely my most favourite Chinese restaurant in Sydney and always impressed by the exquisite collection of wines on their list. Sang Chow Bow, Peking Duck, Chow Sam See and Salt and Pepper Lobsters are the must-try and I order them every single time!!

One of our favourite places to go to as a family. We’ve been coming here for years and love it every single time - mouthwatering options such as our favourites; the mustard prawns, lobster tails, duck pancakes and the scallops! We recommend the wines as well, so many delicious choices and amazing service. Highly recommend!
