Services
Psychologists use a combination of evidence based therapies and treatments to achieve positive outcomes for children, teenagers and families. Depending on the needs of the individual a Psychologist may use techniques and strategies based on Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) or Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT) for mood based disorders.
Our psychology practice is proud to offer a wide range of diagnostic, assessment and treatment services. We understand the importance of quality care so we work with you to gain a comprehensive and detailed understanding of your needs. This gives us a strong foundation and insight into how to best assist you to achieve your goals.
Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is a condition characterised by a range of social, emotional and behavioural difficulties. An experienced Child Psychologist can assist in assessing and diagnosing ASD and providing follow-up treatment. Individuals with ASD experience the social world in a unique way and identifying their strengths can be an important part of the Psychologist's role.
Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) are estimated to affect up to 1 in 68 individuals in the community. They begin in early childhood however may not become fully apparent until the child commences school. Children and teenagers with ASD find the social world difficult to understand and struggle with flexibility.
We help families and individuals to get along better and reduce their conflict. Teaching anger and emotional management skills to children and teenagers can help them to understand themselves and others better. Staying calm and thinking things through is an important life skill which can be developed.

Had educational testing here for both my university aged child and high school aged child, neither of whom had testing when younger. Their assessments were scheduled in a very timely manner, they were dealt with in a very professional way, and the results were clear, quickly given, and proved helpful for both kids in their continuing education process. I would, and have, highly recommended this office to anyone who would benefit from educational testing.

Some assessors were kind but felt very unheard and very dismissed. It is very expensive.

I have just placed a phone call to this agency, and was quoted $3,000-$5,000 for a simple personality disorder assessment. After calls to other psychologists-who charge on average 200-260$ an hour and have told me this is a one to two hour process- I am having trouble understanding where the extra few thousand comes from.
When I asked the receptionist- her answer was "We have the right to charge whichever rates we wish". This is pure capitalization of people having a difficult time in Covid times, who become desperate and call the agency looking for help. I am in shock and extremely disappointed

The worst services provided by this clinic so far in the area.
Poorest customer service to negligible attention paid towards customers needs. I am very disappointed from this and won’t go at this place ever again.
If you value your money and looking for real solutions, this ain’t your place.

Do not waste your time here. My husband has paid hundreds of dollars, only to have an initial "assessment" and then have another "assessment". Now nothing is happening since his counselor canceled his appointment over two weeks ago and isn't calling back to make another supposedly weekly appointment. Do not waste your time and energy. Buyer beware.

I will never be able to thank the team at Waystone enough for the enlightenment and power over my mind they gave me. It's not an exaggeration to say that I was on the path to losing my career, and now only a few months later I am excelling.

Unfortunately, we are not able to provide a positive review for Kyle Mueller. Our experience was quite concerning. Enough to have Kyle Mueller removed from the OCDSB as a referral to families looking for a psycho educational assessment for their children.
There was a severe and prolonged disorder our child was dealing with that Kyle did not mention in a follow up report. He missed it entirely.
When you first meet Kyle this next statement would seem highly out of character. We too, were very shocked. Our child faced a sudden, and impacting loss.
Kyle did not demonstrate neither compassion, or

I chose to see Dr. Kyle Mueller for an educational assessment for my child. My husband and I are extremely pleased with our initial meeting. He is incredibly professional and easy to speak with. Dr. Mueller fully explained the assessment process and answered all of our questions with great insight. He is well educated in his field of practice. We feel confident using his services for our child and look forward to continuing to work with Dr. Mueller as the school year progresses.

I enjoyed my appointment very much with Kyle Mueller. At first, I was scared to go consult but he made me feel very comfortable right away. He explained to me very clearly everything about my disorder. Overall, very happy I went to see him.
