Services
Many organisations are providing support through a specific strategy such as an Employee Assistance Program (EAP). An EAP is a unique and comprehensive support package offered to all employees of an organisation. The package includes services for the spouse and/or family of the employee. The central strategy within such a program is a free, confidential and professional counselling service for both personal and work related problems.
HEAS Pty Ltd, formally RF Peters and Associates, are well recognised as trainers and presenters. Roger Peters wrote and can present all of the following programs. As a presenter, Roger is sought after throughout Australia and has taught the following programs on countless occasions. In the case of Alcohol and Other Drugs, over 200 presentations have been delivered.
Effective training must have clearly identified objectives and result in observable performance improvements. Our training programs are designed to provide positive and structured learning experiences for employees, aimed at satisfying both organisational objectives and personal goals.

Our team has a wealth of experience and expertise in managing, designing, delivering and evaluating training programs that are aimed at developing interpersonal skills.
Following the successful conduct of this course for Veterans Affairs over the past seven years, HEAS are now promoting and accepting nominations for their Healthy Lifestyles Program - Roger and Michele Peters, the primary facilitators, are both psychologists who have been married for over thirty years.
The cost of selection errors are generally expensive. Poor selection can mean high staff turnover, this in turn increases recruitment costs. These can vary between 10 percent of salary for more junior staff to 40 percent for senior managers. Of course losing an employee through poor selection also means added training costs for the new employee.
