Seen a Uber driver there , owner was acting like Uber driver is his slave ,,, when the Uber driver asked how long it’s gonna be Sir ..? Owner was laughing and asked would u wait 2 min or 15 min ..very unprofessional..I thought I should break owners jaw .! But it’s holidays..I don’t want to spoil my holidays..Dear owner if you reading this ..you should be respectful to all delivery drivers or one day someone gonna smash your face ..!!!

Just some feedback; i understand when it is very busy; it is very busy ..and you have the front of house helping behind the kitchen also.. but as feedback; i suggest teaching your staff to acknowledge customers; informing them they will be with them shortly. instead.. i find on multiple occasions eye contact is made, nothing is said and it will be… 10 minutes or more before acknowledged and served. just acknowledging your customers in the store is key. i speak from front of house experience myself. i love the food otherwise and i’m a repeat customer over and over.

Don't bother if your not part of the family.
The food smelt amazing, I was so keen.
Pity after I walked in the server just looked at me and walked behind to the kitchen.
Cameras everywhere too.
I assume they watched and waited (over 10 Min) until I left.
Luckily the Italian shop next door made up for it.

Came to paradise chicken marsden park the chicken is just so succulent and yummy I also tried the new fried chicken the service was fast and the girl that was working there with the bright blue eyes named Eva had the best service as she has a welcoming smile and helped me decide my order for a better option

Highly recommended paradise chicken Marsden park , it was fresh and tasty. service was to perfection Eva did no hesitate to provide quality service,she is fast and great at suggestions for childrens and family… meals. she has a welcoming vibe when walking into the store defs will be back for more and tell others. skewers were also yummy love kafta.

When they first opened , the service was good. Pleasant people and quick service. Nowadays , eventhough the shop is not really busy, you enter the shop and wait for 5 minutes before a staff member even looks at you and says " hello won't be a minute."
A simple tawook sandwich took 28 minutes to make.
The shop is not understaffed , they have 4- 5 people there and it is not really busy, it's just missmanaged. Not the owner's fault but I think they need to up their game a bit if they want to do great, especially that the food is great.
The taste is even better than leading competitors.
