I have rented in Bondi for 15 years and this is the worst agency I’ve ever come across. Even approving my application took weeks and then tired to play hardball when I then had to extend my move in date so I could give enough notice on the property I already lived in! So slow to respond to any issue with the property. There is always an underlying suggestion that it is somehow your fault. Luckily my landlord changed agents 10 months in and now I couldn’t be happier.

I rented through these agents & I deeply regret it. Their behaviour towards their tenants is uncaring, unprofessional & simply appalling. They made my end of lease process incredibly difficult & stressful.
I will be making a complaint to Fair Trading about their awful conduct towards me - please avoid these agents at all costs!

Me and my partner applied for one of coyle and Everett's apartments and it took them 2 weeks to tell us the apllication was unsuccessful. During these 2 weeks they told us we were the only applicant and that they just needed our managers and current landlord to get in contact with them in order to approve the application... we had to push our moving out date because of them taking so long to check our references. They never picked up the phone to call a single one of our referees, we had to ask everyone to contact them. The receptionist is extremely rude and the
