I have been a personal trainer for over ten years and I am passionate about helping people meet their health, fitness and rehabilitation needs. I have had extensive experience at running a range of training programs in both outdoor and indoor settings, including homes, nursing homes and gyms. These programs are personally tailored to suit the clients goals.

By far the best PT I've ever been to. If you are looking for a trainer that not only trains you but takes the time to care for and educate you, then Ben and his team at Central Coast Personal Training are your guys. Best Personal Trainers on the Central Coast! Ben and the team are knowledgeable, experienced and work with you to achieve your goals - and push you beyond them! It’s not just about the exercise, CCPT give you all the tools (nutrition education, digital food journal, at home work-outs, recipes etc etc etc) you need to get the results you want and have a great time doing it. Thank GOODNESS for Ben and my Covid Safe, Socially distanced PT session each week. Juggling home schooling, my three gorgeous children and working full time my mental health MUST HAVE TRAINING every day.. or else the house just doesn't function.
Ben keeps me accountable to hitting my own 20 minute sweat sessions daily, and then I have my hour of power at the park with amazing intensity and weight training. My sessions and routine around my training is keeping my family and I sane during this lockdown.

Ben is definitely the best PT on the coast. Very knowledgeable. And need to mention the whole coaching system he invented is very productive and efficient. I’m Angela, I had my first conversation with Ben in April not long after Covid hit.I was a little stubborn with Bens nutritional guidance and also worried about my new trainer not realising I was a bit more on the mature side. Only after a couple of weeks of CCPT guidance I noticed a huge difference in strength and the weight was starting to shift. The nutritional knowledge that was being imparted and the accountability was priceless. On top of this the PT sessions provided pushed me to the limit but always within my boundaries.
