We had a quote from another supplier for a 4kw & 5kw Reverse cycle floor mounted in a sunroom, but we went with a 7.5kw Fujitsu system from New Wave, based on Sales reps Huey's recommendation which made more sense.

From the time Hue came out & quoted for a 12.5kw Daikin full ducted system to the installation everything went like clock work.. On the day Josh, Luke and Shaun arrived on time, advised/explained to us of work to be done. A very professional team.. floors, furniture were covered with sheets, work progressed in a meticulous manner with care taken @ every step..upon completion Luke cleaned/vacuumed all rooms... Shaun explained the use of the air conditioners controls... all rubbish & boxes were removed...
Next day Natalia from the office e-mailed us the final Invoice...

New Wave just installed ducted air conditioning for us, and we are very happy with their service. The workmen were very polite and efficient, and cleaned up after themselves, even down to vacuuming the floor. All through the procedure, from the quote to the finish, the office staff kept us informed as to what and when things would happen. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

Prepared to be overcharge on a general service. Cost $400 for a general air con service. Few weeks after service we notice the cooling is less. As it was service in April and turn on air con less in winter, we complaint this to the company in October, they give you a standard template answer without proper investigation on their work man ship. I will not visit or call them again. Good luck if someone find them useless or charge reasonable for their service. As there were leaks, and they are unwilling to assist to rectify the job done few months back. We did the clearing ourselves and advise from
