Karam is best in the business he knows his work very well . He fixed my daikin ducted aircon for reasonable price when Eco Aircon was saying me they need to change indoor unit fans then i called Karam and he had look and told me fans are ok and it just need to change to PCB board, after he changed that board everything works fine . Thanks Karam you saved my $1500 where Eco Aircon company gave me quote $2390 to change the fans you fixed the problem for $850 thanks again …

Karam came to us when no-none else would. He was thorough, patient, up for every question we had. He quickly diagnosed the problem, even showed us the parts that were fused and explained what they do. He also prepared a written and photographic report for us to submit with our insurance claim, which made that so much easier.

We contacted Karam from KSN Air Conditioning on a recommendation from a friend and we could not recommend him and his business highly enough. Karam arrived on time as agreed. He identified the problem in less than 10 minutes and ordered the part while on-site.
He returned the following day when the part arrived and fixed the air con for us. The price was agreed up on when he first identified the problem and there was no hidden charges.
Honest, integrity and reliability are traits that are missing from a lot of trades people and these qualities really stood out for my wife and I.
