Horrible customer service and the contractors are only there for the money rather than to fix the issue. They will spend their minimum time to ‘look’ at the issue then make an excuse to not be able to find the issue. Then the company will send a different person the next day and still get billed twice? Recommend everyone go somewhere else if you want a functional air conditioning system.

My poor grandparents had the unfortunate pleasure of dealing with the horrible customer service of the group. During Sydneys heatwave days of 42 degrees, after installation, my nan has misplaced the cheque, they refused to allow her to go to the bank, saying they had to leave, they then refused to take a huge amount of the payment on her CC, and allow her to pay the rest the next day. Instead of leaving an invoice for her to make payment, they disconnected, and left 2 85 year olds wthout the air-con. Leaving my pop distraught, yelling at my nan for misplacing the cheque, she was in tears. The office

Worst idea i ever made . STAY AWAY they tell u everything you want to hear and when they install it after a month u have warranty issues and they just dont even want to answer your calls your emails or anything you go to their office and they say sorry we didnt see your call or email . And after 3 months they still havnt set up a date on when to fix the problem . The receptionist just lies and lies very bad workmanship very bad quality in anything they do and a receptionist that lies non stop
