James and his team turned up on time on the day that was scheduled. They worked hard all day, explained everything fully and left my house clean and tidy. They went over and above what was agreed. A nicer, more professional bunch of men you couldn't meet and i wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone else wanting a professional, reasonably priced job done. James installed a split system to my home recently but not to the standard i expected from a professional. He installed the compressor onto my slopped roof with only 2 screws preventing it from sliding off. When this was brought up with him he was adamant it was fine and refused to fix it, even though fujitsu said that it is not to manufactures specification and may void warranty. After failing to get any communication back from James to rectify the issue i have had to get another tradesman in to sort out his neglegence. Bing Lee should be ashamed having him on there list of local recommendations

What a great team. Just had a ducted system supplied and fited. James brought a big team and despite being a difficult install, due to minimal room in the roof, perseverance and their problem solving skills provailed. The team were professional throughout the installation process. Very clean using drop sheets throughout the process. There was a good eye to detail ensuring and modifying when needed to achieive the best efficiency for the unit.
Any question were explained and good response during the quotation and decision making time. Again highly recommended.
