Excellent hotel, the staff are flexible and help guests to plan for local events, and the rooms are very nice. Also, at breakfast you get an actual glass for your orange juice, rather than the tiny cups you get in most hotels.

Whilst driving some of the amazing Swiss passes near Andermatt mid August, we found Hotel Crown to be pretty perfect for 2 mates roadtripping. Crispy clean hotel, spacious comfortable room and secure in-house parking Very friendly and very helpful staff. Don't hesitate, this is probably best value for money place to stay in Andermatt. Give them a call

Very nice hotel in the middle of Andermatt city with available parking (to be booked in advance and extra cost). The staff is extremely nice and helpful. They explained everything about transportation, timetables, etc. Breakfast had a large choice of food. Dinner was ok but not my favorite but we had a nice Raclette and other day a Rösti. I recommend this hotel

The hotel was clean and modern. We were in a suite with a small kitchen, dining area, and living room. Plenty of room for all of your ski gear and luggage.

Good for lunch. Nice surroundings. Food was good quality, Staff were not overly helpful when ordering. Kids meal came out 20mins before adults which wasn't so good

Below average pub food, which took ages to come out. Not sure how you can get a Schnitty wrong but they managed to. The same goes for the soggy chips, and the mushy calamari. Plenty of better options around.

Middle of the road pub food. Had lunch here with the family. Salt and pepper squid not bad nice and soft the chips were average but a hot day and the beer was quite nice . Salad and veggie bar wasn't bad and the $5 kids meals were very basic but did the job.

We really enjoyed our stay in the Hotel Crown. The rooms are really big and the prices are very fair. The staff is very friendly. The only thing to improve is the breakfast buffet - the options unfortunately are very limited.

Stopped for a quick counter lunch in front bar. Typical pub fare, done well. Good burgers and hotdogs. Schnitzel Parmi was just the right size and cooked well. Shame they have no salad bar. Ambience is OK

We didn't eat here as we were purely trying to escape a 44+ day in Victor with a dehydrating northerly wind, so my stars are only based on the venue. And it's not looking good.

When we visited on a Friday afternoon the place looked grotty and tired.

Finding no comfortable seating we ended up in a sorrowful gaming lounge, complete with free tea, coffee and soft drinks. Thankfully at least there was daylight, but it really wasn't a pleasant environment and we soon chose the heatwave.

Hope the food is good because the ambience is sad.

Decided fatefully to have lunch here, while the salad bar and veggies are nice enough, the actual food is terrible, the service is slow and overall a bit pricey for what it is. It is a hub for the pensioner set and the types who live in track pants and play the pokies, sorry. Drab looking inside needing a good clean and a makeover. I hate to say so I think you get better food at McDonald's which is where I should have gone. Never again thanks.

I would expect the Hotel Crown to have a better wine list seeing it looks to be the more sophisticated pub in Victor Harbor and how close it is to some brilliant local wineries. Instead, the list reads like something you would be handed on a Qantas domestic flight. Everything is served by piccola.

Staff are generally friendly. The dining room was a nice spot to sit as it rained its heart out outside. The gaming room seems to be where all the action is at.

Yikes. I was here a few weekends ago for a friend's hens party and it was intense. Maybe it's because I'm not 19 anymore, but this place was dark, sweaty, loud, and full of really really drunk people. I guess that's what happens when you're the only place in Victor Harbor open past midnight!

Our group of girls did have a fun time dancing, but the air conditioner was either not working or not turned on, because we were stuck in a sweaty sea of mostly-18-year-olds that were writhing like snakes. Tipsy, clumsy, sweaty sea snakes. The music was mostly drum and bass and

Had the turkey special and it was well cooked. Staff were very friendly (and polite too)and service was acceptable given the holiday tourists. I expected more vegetables with the turkey special but for $12, it was very nice with succulent potatoes. One other little gripe was with the gravy as they used a beef gravy that was quite rich with the turkey but this wasn't too bad.

The burgers looked nice and the salad bar had a decent potato salad on offer. A nice spot of lunch. Overall, pretty good for a quick spot of lunch and I would return just for the great service and varied menu.
