This is a report that is compiled at the commencement of a tenancy prior to your tenant moving into the property. This report outlines the condition of the property at the commencement of the tenancy and is used when the tenant vacates to ensure that the property is left in the same condition. This is the last inspection carried out as soon as possible after the end of a tenancy, when the tenants have returned their keys.
An elderly local lady got her shopping trolley stuck on the island and your staff member pulled over got out and assisted her. Purchasing a house, especially if it is a first home in this very competitive market can be an extremely emotional one. We have been actively trying for a couple of months dealing with different agencies for a while now but unfortunately were not successful till now.
What I liked about the team at Benchmark National at Moorebank was the fact that they treated you like a person and not a number. Everyone from Antonio, Raffael, Andreas & Anna have gone the extra mile to make this dream come true.
