I went in for a cut and colour.
I walked away pretty unhappy.
I asked for a medium brown and walked away almost Jet black!!
Way too dark for my skin tone.
And when I got home I noticed my cut was un-even And had to trim it myself.
I wish I had said something at the time, but after near 4 hours , I just wanted to get out of there,
Not an ideal experience for $210.
Will not be going back

Went there to get my hair coloured from blonde to white. Lady named Kat was the one who looked after me and did an amazing job both with customer service and quality of service. Place was clean and well looked after. Services are of high quality and Kat definitely derserves a pay rise for the amount of effort she puts into her work, as well as the customers.

Got my hair cut and colored last week. I was introduced by my best friend she got her hair straightening in here few weeks ago and she really like it. Highly recommend Kat, she is very nice and professional, really listen what I actually want. I am so please with the hair color and style she made for me. Looks fashion! Thanks Kat :) Relax atmosphere Great service and friendly staff. Definitely Recommend.

I went there to get my regrowth done - there was no option to select this on the online booking, so I selected half head foils and told the hairdresser this when I got there - I also told her I wanted some of the brassiness toned to match the blonde of the rest of my hair. She completed butchered it - and inexplicably took 6 hours to do. My hair was now somehow brown. She told me to come back the next day to fix it. I returned - she bleached my hair and turned it an awful yellow colour, and the toner she used then burnt my scalp (pictures attached). She blamed me for this and said that there wasn’t
