John is a very strange manager who refused to acknowledge that I had the right person or even the right business when I called, despite asking three times. Don't worry about covid though, because according to him it's a hoax and doesn't exist. If that attitude is ok with you, then have a great stay. Fortunately, I called to cancel.

The guy I dealt with was rude, no hot water in room, outdated photos of rooms, was told might be able to get it fixed in a couple of days. No cleaners working there they have all left from unfair conditions. Cutlery was not clean, bad odours throughout, several lights not operational, shower leaks out from curtain all over bathroom floor.... that's if you want a cold shower!!! Would not recommend this property to anyone, guess that's why it's for sale.... demolish it and build something fitting for a beautiful place like Port Douglas.

Nice rooms with all the essentials and surrounding a lovely little pool and spa, which was awesome to lounge next to and chill out. Great location! Unbelievably short walk to 4 Mile Beach, across the road from a no frills Pub, around the corner from the Beach Shack restaurant (really nice!), and down the road from a gourmet cafe, 4 Mile Fish & Chips, and a well appointed bottle shop. Car park for each apartment, free Wi-Fi, washer & dryer access, and friendly and helpful facilities managers.

We had a wonderful wedding celebration at the dreamcatcher apartments! Everything was just perfect :) Friendly stuff, beautiful atmosphere and clean, tidy rooms. For us it was the perfect, intimate place to celebrate our wedding. Our guest felt like home straight away and we all had a great time staying there. Thank you!

We were very impressed with the customer service we received from the owner! We had special dietary requirements and brought our food frozen from Melbourne. John, the owner, bought specially an additional freezer for our apartment. The next morning John offered us a lift to the local supermarket for additional food shopping. He waited there for us and then brought us back to the apartment. Nothing was too much for John and he also gave us excellent advice about the most suitable tours for us.
