For after hours services, please phone GP After Hour Sydney Medical Services on (02)8724 6300 or for emergency, please call 000 or you can attend the local Blacktown hospital. Patients are required to make follow-up visits for results of investigations (pathology, xray's and other tests).

Dr Emin has special interest in Paediatric (infants and children health) and has a Diploma in paediatric health. He had clinical experience at the new children hospital for one year. Dr Emin also does minor surgery and surgery of skin lesions. His additional area of interest includes psychiatry (mental health) and Dr Emin provides some counselling and treats patients with depression/anxiety.
Our practice has a zero tolerance policy for abusive or threatening behaviour. The practice does not tolerate any behaviour, verbal or physical which causes staffs to feel uncomfortable, embarrassed or threatened. Any patient who fails to comply may be asked to leave the practice and removed from the system.
We are happy to assist you with any enquiry including appointment bookings and cancellations. We are around the corner from WestPoint shopping centre, Blacktown station, and surrounded by ANZ ATM, St George ATM, Westpac ATM and Commbank ATM. The Blacktown Hospital is the closest hospital and just a few blocks away from us.

Dr Bandara is the best! Highly intelligent, empathetic and exudes remarkable communication skills! Everything a patient needs! My family of seven have had the pleasure in Dr Bandara looking after our holistic well being. For the negative comment below re: Dr Bandara's qualifications, you're a fruit loop and glad Dr Bandara and the staff don't have to deal with ungrateful patients like you! Dont waste your time going here, keep you waiting, GPs dont know anything you better get a second opinion if you do or your signing your own death certificate. Nurses are good. Dr Bandara must've got his diploma from a cornflakes box. Tried them a couple of times will never go back. It's a minus from me.

It takes a lot for me to write a negative review as I prefer to give kudos whern due but here it goes...
If I could give a NO STAR rating for Dr Nyanga, I would! We went to see this peadiatrician after our previous one retired. Not only did she make 3 errors on the script (and used the wrong template) She then refused to rectify this when I alerted her to it at the time of the consult, saying: "Just get them to ring me or go to the chemist nest door and it will be alright".
My chemist tried his hardest to get her to change the details but she took 10 weeks to NOT provide him with an original

I had my first ever psychology session today. The Dr ate her lunch during the session, received three phone calls and made one. She typed my answers in long form into her computer while saying the words out loud very slowly. This made me feel very frustrated and bored. I found this all to be very distracting and exasperating.
She should quit her job as a psycologist, only a week before coming here I was feeling very low. Her conduct was not compassionate or professional.

I used to receive quick service when attending this doctors but recently having to wait for extended periods of time. Tried to go today only to wait over 15 minutes for the RECEPTIONIST who wasn't there. Eventually gave up and left, I can understand waiting for a doctor appointment but waiting for the receptionist to show seems a bit ridiculous.

This is the second time I have to wait despite on time for my appointment. Would appreciate a call if doctor's prefer not to go by appointment. On my previous appointment I waited for more than an hour and upon questioning the reception they were told by the doctor that if she can't wait she can see someone else. So I guess there is no courtesy to let people who make an appointment to let them know that time has been changed due to doctor's personal preference. I can't change the doctor as i need to follow up and it seems like she doesn't care. Poor service.
