I came for my appointment 15 minutes early , I gave the lady at the reception my details and she told me to sit down, then I see 2 people came after me but went in before me , I went to ask her and she was like “ did you give me your details ?! “ she’s like sorry I forgot to check you in. She’s never asked me or anyone to sign in , she herself wasn’t wearing a mask , very bad experience! Let alone I was never asked to wait for 15 minutes even though I wanted to leave Anè stay somewhere safer!

Dr Carl Wong is one of the kindness GP who looked after my father while he was terminally ill. He was the only doctor who offered home visit in the area during COVID. He is a very knowledgable doctor and I can highly recommend him and his practice.

For quite a few years I was a patient of Dr Carl Wong. I always found Dr Wong to be knowledgeable and compassionate. The only negative thing is sometimes you couldn’t get an appointment until 2 or 3 days time or the next week. But that’s not the Doctor’s fault, he just has a lot of people who want to see him. Recommended as a very good Doctor.

The receptionist does her best to make patients disappointed. I have been there twice do to the pathology, in both cases I lost about 2 hours and had to contact Medlab Pthology headoffice to figure out receptionist problems. Definitely won’t come back and recommend everyone no to go there. Linda please try to improve your customer service.

Pathetic service by Dr. Mahaliyana, my daughter has a stuffed nose and little bit of cough. I called the National health line for Covid 19 before heading to GP and they said ok to consult as she didn’t have any fever. As soon As Dr. Mahaliyana came to know about her cough she asked us to leave the medical center in a rude manner and asked us to wait outside the medical center as if she has a covid 19 infection. There was no compassion and gentleness in her behaviour. As a doctor you should know how to talk to your patient and guide them And not to be rude and harassing them. Big NO to this medical

DO NOT GO HERE!! Was on antibiotics previously for 5 days to address throat/chest infection that was not getting better, and even coughed up green flam in front of Dr Leung. He felt it was a viral infection, and would not re - issue stronger antibiotics, so I left after 5 mins. The following day a doctor in the western suburbs prescribed different antibiotics to address a bacterial infection, and I am now finally getting better.

Terrible receptionist ( black short hair Asian lady)made my day worse as she `assisted` another patient jumped the queue. Unbelievable!
If am able to give 0 score I definitely do it !
I came into Emerald about 10.05AM during a weekday due to constant cough and flu. Receptionist told I was scheduled for 10.30AM to meet Dr. Arian. Between10.10AM and 11AM Dr. Arian took 3 patients in, I have no problem with that as they were waiting before me. Here came the forth patient, a random walk in patient, no appointment been made. Arian grabbed the patient while I was sitting next to receptionist and watch

If I could, I would rate 0 stars. I saw Dr Mahaliyana & Dr Arian and was appalled with both. Dr Mahaliyana gave me a diagnosis yet failed to advise me of what to expect from the illness or give me any extra information. Simply diagnosed, gave me a script, and then off I went. This resulted in a visit to the emergency department and then eventually having to find another doctor’s surgery to help me understand why it was taking so long for me to recover. Also, despite advising her it was physically impossible for me to be pregnant, she insisted on a pregnancy test which made me very embarrassed

Made an appointment with Dr Carl Wong more than a week in advance specifically talk about men health. I also arranged a half-day off at work to see the doctor. The appointment's been canceled by the doctor at the very short notice stating that he's not coming at the scheduled time. As simple as that! No, I don't want to see the careless doctor! Thank you very much!

Worst experience ever , never going there again. The waiting time was approximately 2h even though the receptionist said when we asked to see Dr Wong that we are next , two people that came after us went to see him before us , when i asked why, the receptionist started explaining that Dr Wong is choosing who he will see first based on how long appointment will be... like he has crystal ball and he can predict things.my next question was are you an emergency clinic and making decisions who should be seen based on who is more critical, the answer was no, the receptionist started to make excuses that
