Services
Our vision is to promote the health and well-being of the community through the provision of general practice and allied health services. This means not only competently managing acute and chronic health conditions, but also the promotion of preventative health care. We believe that at the core of our vision is the doctor-patient relationship, and as such, we believe in the delivery of holistic health care that is patient focused.
The aim of the health check is to assist with the detection and prevention of chronic diseases and enable early intervention strategies to be put in place where appropriate. The assessment looks at the a person's health and physical, psychological and social function and whether preventative health care may be offered to that person, to improve their quality of life and independence in their home and in their community.
Dr. Yajaman is focused on providing patient-centred comprehensive, continuity of care and believes in the holistic care of patients. Dr Wahida has a strong interest in women's health, child health, mental health and palliative care. Dr Uddin has a passion for various areas of medicine including children's health, men's health, chronic diseases and management of health.

I went to this medical centre because it was close to home. It would be my first and last time there thanks to the RN who was the receptionist on that day. After taking the normal blood pressures and checking my weight and height ect, she asked me why I was there????

New owners are rubbish. Went to see doctor about severe migraines. Doctor told me to excercise to get rid of migraines🤷♀️🤷♀️🤷♀️🤷♀️ how can i exercise when im in agony and can barely open my eyes from the pain🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️
Waited for an hour to see this fabulous doctor with only one patient infront of me, she went and had a lunch break while i was sitting there in agony....
