Women's fitness is a key part of my business and I am especially passionate about pre & post natal exercise, offering skills and facilities for Bayside Women to return to or commence exercise around having a baby.Having been a PT for nearly 12 years, I know goals are individual and every BODY is different.
I've been a Personal Trainer (PT) for almost 12 years, working with clients aged from 14-70+ and people with extreme differences in fitness & ability. I am not a "quick fix" short term trainer. My aim is for exercise to become part of your lifestyle. You don't have to LOVE it but my goal is to help you, your body and your mind realise and appreciate all the benefits of regular exercise.
Personal Training is the fastest, easiest and most successful way to achieve your health and fitness goals. Sessions are personalised, focusing on your specific goals, fitness levels and any health issues you have. My philosophy is about varied exercise.

I like to design and deliver each client sessions that are fun, challenging, efficient and relevant to their daily lives; whilst achieving your personal goals and challenging or working within your abilities.This means my clients receive innovative and fun personal training sessions.
Bayside Personal Training group clients benefit from innovative and fun training sessions, as my philosophy is about constantly varying exercise. My maximum group size is 8. Small group numbers mean that exercises can be altered or tweaked as necessary to meet individual's needs, abilities and limitations, whilst also ensuring that correct technique is used.
Training with a friend, partner or family member means you share the Personal Training experience together. Often it is a great way to stay motivated and can be a way to feel more committed as you don't want to let your training partner down. You do need to have similar goals for buddy sessions to work best, but you don't necessarily need to be at the same fitness levels.

For the past 8 months I’ve been training with Sarah. She’s got such a wonderful understanding of the human body, every session is different and I’m regularly crawling out of there! My tribe of 3 kids are always with me and she’s ever so accommodating and committed to ensuring I get my workout! Cannot recommend her enough you won’t be disappointed

Sarah will challenge you, to suit your fitness level whilst at the same time feed, hold or entertain your child so that you can smash out a proper work out! Sarah's sessions are personalised and the gym is very child friendly and welcoming.

Having dropped off the 'training ladder' for a while I was very lucky to find Sarah. She understands your capabilities and works within them, she works you hard & keeps it interesting (who knew how many things you could do with a large rubber band ) Communicates regularly, never lets you down. The best 'find' for a long time. I highly recommend Sarah as a PT or for group sessions.
