Demi is not a nice receptionist. She has never made me feel welcome. She is cold and been rude to me multiple times which creates a bad energy that you really don't want at a gym. It is really unfortunate as it is a great gym otherwise. I have contemplated leaving multiple times because of her, so I really do think this needs to change.

I happened to visit this gym when i was visiting...The gym has great facilities however, the lady with black hair always wearing a cap is horriable as hell... she does not even deserve to sit at the reception as she gives the compay a bad image. Who does she think she is...?! She is as filthy as the rest rooms. The soap dispensers in the showers deserve a lot to be desired! Come on management! That woman needs to be sorted out so are your bathrooms.

The gym is well equipped and clean. Location is very convenient and the fingerprint scanner entry is such a blessing. Love the fitness classes and the salt room.
Most of the staff are friendly and smiling. The one dark haired woman at the counter (maybe the owner) is the one thing that puts me off. She is rude, dismissive and abrupt. Apart from that one negative, everything else is good in this gym.

It’s a really great gym with fantastic facilities but Andrews spin class at 9:30am has someone who is on the verge of a psychotic break who made my friends and I who are all only 16 extremely uncomfortable and threatened. We spoke twice about what level we were supposed to be on! We were told at the end that it eco’s in the room (we were unaware of this) she screamed “SHUT UP” “GET OUT” YOU’RE NOT EVEN SWEATING” She proceeded to yell and scream at us in the change rooms (saying “leave the gym” and “I don’t care how old you are”) as well even after we asked politely not
