Terrible experience! Came to see a Dr because I had shortness of breath (2 weeks after testing positive for covid) had been given the all clear by NSW health to leave isolation, but wasn’t allowed into the medical centre as I had a symptom of covid, but that was the whole reason I needed to see a Dr because I was short of breath! Receptionist had said I wasn’t allowed in without a negative PCR but NSW health no longer require a repeat PCR after 7 days isolation as it’s highly likely you will still test positive even though you no longer have the virus. The system doesn’t make sense!!! Receptionist

DO NOT GO THERE. Visited the centre today because I’m sick and needed a consultation + script. Firstly, I presented myself with a covid negative pcr test result and they made me wait standing outside in the heat for a doctor to be available to see me (great when you’re already not feeling 100% - I seriously hope they don’t make our elders / fragile persons do the same). The doctor then rings me on my phone telling me he cannot see me as I’ve got flu like symptoms. Guess what ? You can still be sick without having covid but cannot see a doctor apparently. I insist saying that I didn’t

I was very angry at the female doctor I saw today for a booster and I thought I could get it earlier by 8 days! I was refused so I'm not going back there. They can stick their timing. She fired so many questions at me and I was trying to get a word in to say I was deaf and I needed to lip read. She ignored that and kept asking questions.
She asked if I had heart problems, I said no as I had 2 Pfizer jabs, she wouldn't believe me and she said she was sorry she can't give it to me. Fortunately I have an appointment elsewhere. What does one week matter? And I am an elderly patient, what if I did

I called today to equire about getting the Pfizer booster shot. My call was answered almost immediately by a well mannered receptionist. She advised me if I wanted the booster to come as soon as possible as they were giving them today. From the time I made the call, caught the bus and got my booster shot it was only an hour in total. I couldn't be more happier at the service that I got from everyone.I was very impressed.

Update Dec 2021
I called to make an Appointment as per Dr Esra's request. I was on the waiting line for 10 minutes. and then the receptionists pick up and just hang up on me.
Update June 2021
Shame on you dr Simon Kerr.
I'm pregnant and he is one of the ONLY GP shared care for pregnant women.
I called up and receptionist told me he was working all day. I came in around 4pm and he refused to take me in. Coz he wanted to finished up for the day.
I came back on the very next day at 2pm. And guess what? he went home early again.
Wow. I traveled all the way here to see him. And he just disappears

Every time I go to Bondi Junction 7 Medical, I say I’ll never go back. Every time I also say I’m going to write a Google review! Every experience with reception leaves me feeling so angry and frustrated! So yes, today I am going to vent to into the void.
Now, to preface, the doctors and nurses are all brilliant and compassionate and great at their jobs. But we really need to talk about reception.
There seems to be a culture of hating patients, because the vast majority of interactions I’ve had, the staff have been rude, unhelpful and even anti helpful.
This morning, as an example, I called

Absolutely awful receptionist staff. No respect, no manners, they are rude they shout at you on the phone and they don't even say good morning. Would recommend that the manager of the practice addresses this concern with the reception staff who clearly do not have any social skills. I would not recommend this practice. You get a different doctor every time. I will be leaving to go to My Health which has much better service. Considering we are in the middle of a global pandemic as a minimum you could ask your staff to treat people with respect and avoid being rude. Terrible service. Terrible. TERRIBLE

Overall, very good. The only reason why I give 4 stars instead of 5 is because it can be very difficult to get through on the phone. Details: On Friday 24/9/21, I got pathology tests done. It was much more quicker and easier than I expected. On Monday 27/9/21, I went back to get stitches removed. The receptionist had excellent customer service skills. Wish I got her name so that I could add it here. When you walk in, it looks a mad house because it is quite busy and hectic, but I only had to wait about 15 minutes to see a doctor. I've had 2 phone consultations with Dr Stuart Morris, he has been

No idea how there are so many bad reviews this medical centre is amazing! The receptionists were absolutely beautiful people who I really felt comfortable talking to, the doctor who I saw before my vaccination was extremely knowledgeable and considerate and although I originally only came for the vaccine, I will definitely be returning back for my regular appointments now! I highly recommend this practice.

I had a great experience going to this Medical Centre and Pharmacy. As a visually impaired person, the staff were patient, friendly and extremely professional. It was so convenient to have the Medical Centre and Pharmacy close to each other. I didn't wait long to see a doctor and the pharmacist dispensed my script really quickly.
